Additional Requirements for Digium Switchvox SMB Connectivity:
Switchvox SMB must be configured with an Administrator user account with read access to Call Log and Call Reporting diagnostic features.
PC hosting RSI Call Accounting must be on the same network at the Switchvox SMB phone system.
