VYLmedia's SIP Fully Redundant Peering Service is compatible with most SIP based IP-PBX systems including Asterisk. Unlike most VoIP service providers, VYLmedia does not limit the number of simultaneous calls, but you will need to let us know if you need more than 25. Our billing is based on buckets of 2,000 minute increments at $25 per bucket, or about $0.0167 per minute (US and Canada)

Our SIP Servers

We can forward your DID to multiple Asterisk servers for failover and redundancy.
We support T.38 in most areas.

VYL Media has surpassed any expectation I could have had. In our studio, we run 10 lines, 6 of them for on-air use. Despite all the warnings that standard broadcast equipment might not interface with VoIP, I wanted to get away from traditional service. When callers had bad lines (60 hz hums and such), we amplified it. I figured VoIP had to be better, but my first experience had me running back to Ma Bell until I discovered VYL Media. They did everything imaginable (and something’s not) to make it work. For us, quality is everything, and in over two years we have had not one complaint. Accounting loves it too—the bills are miniscule compared to the past. I’d recommend them in any configuration, and their customer service is terrific! They’re more than a supplier, to us they’re a resource.

VYL Media is the best telephone experience I've ever had. The landline company was useless technically and impossible bureaucratically, so five years ago I tried VoIP providers. My first experiences were bad. Then, 3 years ago, I stumbled on VYL Media. Late on a Sunday night I tried to install the ATAs. Due to problems at my end, I contacted tech support. Even though it wasn't their issue, they did not suggest waiting until Monday. They stayed with it until I was running. And the quality is amazing! We've got an unusual situation, and the folks at VYL Media did the impossible with an ATA. It’s perfect. When we relocated, I contacted customer service. Someone answered right away and gave me their email address and direct extension so I could deal directly with them. Price? , I'm paying significantly less than 10% of what the landlines charged, and that includes every feature I can imagine. I have no reservation suggesting VYL Media to anyone.
